Graduate Program in Gastronomy
This program is designed to provide a general appreciation of the history and culture of food and drink from ancient times, with a strong focus on contemporary themes. Students then go on to research their own area of interest in the field of Gastronomy. Students established in a gastronomy-related career, such as a restaurateur, wine importer, or a food or drink journalist, will find that the program in Gastronomy a pathway to professional advancement. Students have the option to study full time in Adelaide, Australia or part time online from anywhere in the world.
